FAZZ Global SA Terms and Conditions

 1. General Terms 

  • These General Business Terms and Conditions (hereinafter mentioned as 'T&Cs') govern all product orders placed with FAZZ Global SA. The current T&C's may be revised by FAZZ Global SA at any time. 
  • These Terms were last updated on 2023-11-23 

 2. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions 

  • Modification to the T&C's can be made at any time without prior notice. The T&Cs posted on the FAZZ Global SA website shall prevail. 

 3. Disclaimer 

  • All content in our website is the property of FAZZ Global SA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission. We are not accountable for references and links to third-party websites.

     4. Data Protection

    • We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and safeguard against the misuse of personal data. We treat personal information with the utmost care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. 

     5. Order Confirmation 

    • After submitting your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation via e-mail to confirm we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. 

     6. Prices

    • Our prices are listen in CHF (Swiss Francs) and are in accordance with the Order on the Indication of Prices (OIP), as mentioned below. 
    • VAT of 8.1% (applicable as of 01.01.2024) is added on the price mentioned on the website. 
    • Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices of the products. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout. 

     7. Terms of Payment   

    • Payment for purchases are processed at the time of order confirmation. FAZZ Global SA's integration with PostFinance ensures that your credit card transactions are securely handled without delay. 
    • Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive confirmation of your order. We will then promptly prepare your order for shipment according to your delivery choice and our delivery policies. 
    • Payments can be done by TWINT, PostFinance e-finance, PostFinance Card, Credit Card and Debit Card. 

     8. Delivery Terms   

    • Star Logistique manages the distribution and transportation of all our orders.
    • For low-volume e-commerce orders, we guarantee same-day shipment provided the orders are placed and confirmed in the correct format with Star Logistique by 12:00 PM on the day of dispatch. 
    • This commitment ensures that your purchases reach you promptly, enhancing your shopping experience with us. 

     9. Guarantee and Warranty

    • As per provisions of the Code of Obligations:

    If a product presents a defect or does not offer the promised characteristics, the buyer has two years in which to file a warranty action. The law provides for termination of the contract (Art. 208 CO) or refund of the decrease in value of the item sold (Art. 205 CO). A right to warranty (compensation) may be agreed contractually in addition to or instead of this.  

    10. Refunds and Returns


    • Our warranty policy for disposable personal protective equipment (PPE) acknowledges the specific use and nature of these products. Unless specified otherwise, the warranty period for our non-disposable products is 12 months from the date of the invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For disposable PPE products, due to their intended single-use design, they are not covered by our standard warranty. We ensure the quality of these products meets the industry standards and the descriptions provided at the time of purchase. 
    • In the even that any product, other than disposable PPE, is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the promised characteristics, you may contact us within 8 days of receipt to report such defects. For later discovered issues, please notify us within 8 days of receipt to report such defects.
    • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 
    • Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will assess the defect at our discretion and provide a repair or replacement.
    • The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, natural wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.
    • All orders must be sent with the invoice and should be in the original package. 

    11. Applicable Law


    • In Switzerland, electronic commerce (e-commerce) is governed by the Federal Law Against Unfair Competition (LCD; RS 241) and the Order on the Indication of Prices (OIP; RS 942.211). 
    • The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220) applicable to traditional sales contracts also apply.
    12. Place of Jurisdiction 

    • In the event of any dispute arising from a consumers contract, the consumer may bring legal proceedings either at the location of the costumer or at the location of the seller. The consumer cannot waive this right in advance.
